  • A refund request must be submitted through the ticketing system available in the user dashboard.

  • The request must be made within 7 days of the original transaction date.

  • There must be a valid reason for the refund as per applicable laws and our internal policies (e.g., service malfunction, incorrect charges, failure to deliver promised features).

3. Refund Process

  • Once a refund request is submitted via the dashboard ticket system, our support team will review the request within 3 business days.

  • If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

  • Users will receive the refund via their original payment method (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, credit/debit card, UPI).

  • If the original payment method is unavailable, users can opt to receive the refund via bank transfer by providing valid bank details in the support ticket.

4. Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • If the request is made after 7 days from the purchase date.

  • If the service has been fully utilized or significantly used.

  • If the request does not comply with legal or ethical guidelines.

  • If fraudulent activity is detected.
