3. Refund Process

Once a refund request is submitted via the dashboard ticket system, our support team will review the request within 3 business days.

If the request is approved, the refund will be processed within 7 business days.

Users will receive the refund via their original payment method (e.g., Stripe, Razorpay, credit/debit card, UPI).

If the original payment method is unavailable, users can opt to receive the refund via bank transfer by providing valid bank details in the support ticket.
4. Non-Refundable Cases
Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:
